@3:41 Rudy says that Ifh-Bíff Efreet (the 7th card out after Erg Raiders) is not even the rare in the set but both Gatherer and TCG list this 3/3 green flyer's rarity as Rare.
What's going on?
Did the old MTG boosters have two rares or were rares considered uncommon back then or are Gather and TCG just flat-out wrong?
