I'm really sorry to hear about that. I would have thought for sure that you would have been all set with the license plate number and the witnesses. I just got hit this past Friday after picking up my car up 10 minutes before to have my bumper repainted due to a couple bumper scuffs. Luckily I got all the information and was a witness so it was completely covered. I think the dash camera is a great idea, I thought it would have been much better to have a dash camera if the driver did not admit to accidentally backing into my car. Just bought one on amazon after watching your video.
