As part of the web accessibility series of posts for the Brightspace Teaching & Learning Community, I look at how to apply the YouTube filters to find reusable videos that have proper captioning. This is the second upload of this video, this time with a transcript file that YouTube will use to create captions, rather than the automatically-generated captions used on the first version.
