True Zero Emissions shares the journey of learning by experimentation with emission reduction technologies for automobiles. We are most passionate about zero smog technologies, and are currently building an electric scooter with four alternators to keep the batteries charged. We also enjoy sharing our experience in improving fuel efficiency and reducing the smog of gasoline cars by implementing vapor fuel technology and water fuel devices.

The front brake on your scooter reminds me of a similar issue I had on a bicycle. In my case, my wheel wasn't straight. On one of my cars, the rear brake caliper pins were not moving enough due to rust. I had to take the pins out, polish them and re-grease them. Something like that maybe causing the front brakes to do that. I would think a reliable motorcycle or bicycle shop could fix it and they maybe interested in your experiment.
