maybe we could say they are nearly equal, at higher speed the Porsche has more opportunities as he isn´t affected by air as much as the bugatti

300 is possible but not even more, even not on Nordschleife in Germany
the point is that the Porsche looks like a Sportscar and also not so rich persons can buy it, the Bugatti is not a real racecar and can´t beat a Porsche on a racetrack
