Another great video! When I was building up my 02m with the quaife LSD I measured the input shaft with a dual test guage and got a friend to machine up a custom shim. The Volkswagen ones are 0.65mm thick but I needed a 1.4mm to take up all the input shaft slack. The overall shim outer diameter is 78mm and the inner diameter is 72mm for reference if anyone was to want to machine their own to a described thickness!

Would this cause vibration on the wheels??
chatter like a throwout bearing-ish? mine chatters when in neutral unless i push in the clutch?
