The ABB IRC5 industrial robot controller can track objects moving on a conveyor. The function is called Conveyor Tracking and is frequently used in robotized painting. Conveyor Tracking is supported by ABB RobotStudio and in version 6.02 the function was enhanced, The movie shows how to setup and program a robot with conveyor tracking using RobotStudio 6.02.
