This is Part 9 of the Ford Fusion rebuild project. In this episode I fit the front body panels and check fitment. I discover that the hood isn’t going to work. So I’ll be ordering a new one.
I also give the first update on the BMW E90. A look at what’s damaged in the suspension and what’s next.

good vid .. when putting a axle stand under car always put it to the side of jack where you are working . when you jacked up your bmw you put it at the front if your jack failed you would of got messed up.. god vid Darren….. London UK..

My wife hit a deer with her Rogue and I had to replace the passenger fender and bumper cover. Was going to buy aftermarket so went up to the local body shop to see what he'd charge to paint them. He recommended I contact LKQ nationwide auto salvage for used parts. They deliver to his shop all the time. He said to give them my paint code and they attempt to get the salvage parts in factory matching paint. I paid a deal more than just getting any used parts but I didn't have the expense of painting. They came securely wrapped in bubble wrap. The hood had a very minor scuff that buffed out by hand. Never knew anyone offered that option. It took 5 days to arrive after ordering. The body shop owner said I could have them delivered there as a actual LKQ truck delivers them. Might want to see if you have a LKQ in your area.

It might be cheaper to get complete rear assembled suspension from the junkyard to fix your BMW and replace the parts you need it.. http://www.car-part.com
