A colleague of mine did this recently. Cost 40k. Its diesel and has a couple of AMG bits on it mostly exterior trim. Just diluting the brand
MB is definitely not what it used to be. They also have a reputation for terrible customer service when things go wrong, which is often. Modern German cars are shit. They look good and go well, for awhile, but all good things come to an end.
Only an Idiot would buy a BMW or Mercedes. Underpowered, overrated, overpriced, and unreliable.

Wtf are u saying? How does low end automatically translate to garbage? C63s and C250 are built on the same chassis and they share more than they differ. A smaller more economical engine doesn’t automatically make it any lower quality. You could even argue that the high end cars are less reliable because of all of the added complexity. 0/10

You nailed it spot on. That's how it works. And well, Mercedes has become a wanna be looking rich and get-out-of-my-way car. But unfortunately the same is true for many other brands as well. It's the way it is and not Mercedes' fault. It's us stupid consumers.

German cars are vastly overrated. I'd never buy one. BMWs are also experiencing very bad problems. There's another video on YouTube explaining their poor design, cheap parts, and consequent unreliability.
you actually think a lower level car is less quality than the higher priced one? you do know the C300 and the C63 are built on the same assembly line in Alabama and every other MB factory that produces the current C-class. it is the same with all of the models. all of the different versions of the S-class, E-class, GLE/GLS-class, SL-class and every other Mercedes model all go down the same assembly lines. they don't change the quality of the build because it has a smaller engine or different styling.
this video is full of lies by someone who is uniformed and just angry. Mercedes makes great cars, they have for a long time and they will continue too. The base C-class looks nothing like the the AMG version. there are a lot of differences, for one, the front fenders on the C63 are longer, the bumpers and rocker panels are completely different. same thing with the E-class and S-class.

I didn't buy am iPhone because I want people to think I am rich.. I bought it because iPhones work really well with each other. My kids ipod communicates with video and audio really well with mine and the mothers iPhone. I could care less if someone thinks I am "cheep" or "rich". But I'll always know where my kids and wife are and be able to video chat with them.

An AMG C63 S is the same class car as the regular C class so yes they will look somewhat similar. I don't understand your point. The AMG has so many upgrades including a hand built more than 500 HP engine, suspension, interior, wheels and the list goes on so obviously yes it will cost much more than the C class. Anybody that buys an AMG knows it isn't a regular Mercedes-Benz and they are the one that paid for it so what exactly is your point? Anyone should be able to tell the difference between the two cars. Just because they share the same body style doesn't mean they are even close to being the same car. This video is pointless.
