I unlocked in the BMW dealership! This lock only applies to cars registered in Germany. They just make a record of the vehicle and it send this to Munich and the factory sends the authorization. I think whoever gets this record is to the German transit authority! But I'm just suspect!
There is one thing that I had a problem with. I know that he only did it once (on camera at least), but he is lugging the engine in 7th gear. Not the right gear to be doing that in.

get your hands on a flashed ecu from Dinan or get one custom made by a bmw specialist
