Few days before I buy LAUNCH Creader VI. I watch other videos, read manual, and decide to buy it, but…. They can’t communicate any car… I was surprised, because this Item presentation was amazing… I Tested int on: Ford Mondeo, Ford Focus, Opel Vectra C, Audi A2, Audi A3, Vovo V70, Renault Megane, Alfa Romeo 146, Opel Vectra B, Peugot 307 and on few other different cars, and result was the same: COMMUNICATION ERROR.

I try with ignition on and with running car. the result was same… :/…
I was downloaded the latest update but they do not helm to me…
A] the cars you tested are way to old to be compliant with new EOBD/OBD2 standards
B] check is it a genuine Launch cReader 6?
You should read the manual, it said compatible with all obd 2 compliant vehicles.
Which means:
all american cars form 1996 and up
all european petrol cars from 2001 and up
all european diesel cars from 2003 and up
All the vehicles you tested are so called obd 1 cars, they all have manufacturer specific protocols. You can buy readers or at least cables for every brand as far as I know.
I hope this helps some people that where confused.
The manual of my creader V tells me to never plug or unplug a tool when ignition is on.
Its always:
-ignition off
-plugin reader
-ignition on (engine running or not)
-read codes or check the live data
-ignition off
-unplug reader
I bought the creader 5 and no meter what car I hook it to it says 1.18inHG on the map sensor while idling. Its supposed to be 17-19 inHG I think these are cheap Chinese crap scanners.

I have a 2001 maxima and it did the same thing. I don't think it's supposed to work for EVERY car. My father is a mechanic, he bought it

This appears to be of European model vehicles. European OBD 2 standard started in 2004 for diesel cars, 2001 for gas engines. It is not OBD2 because of the plug configuration alone. All of the vehicles shown were of the incorrect year and or diesel engines.This video is very disingenuous and very misleading. The ability to purchase tools and equipment does not mean that you are qualified to "work" in any field. Buyer beware of that fact before you condemn the equipment.

my 6011 works good but the update tool is JUNK, TRASH, RUBBISH, IT IS SHIT. Maybe somebody will see this and fix it. Probably not tho
