I reckon it's better than the golf gti. but yeah I know Audis a dream car haha. actually my dream car when I was ur age was definitely a Lexus haha. ur mums car.

My favourite car would be the Honda Civic. Prior to the 2016 model they had a 5 speed automatic gearbox so it has plenty of power. Even though it’s a V4 it still has more power than most V6’s and it’s still under 30k brand new. It’s also one of the smoothest, quietist and has the best handling out of all the cars I have ever driven (even better than BMW or Audi). The top of the line one also has paddle shift and an even more powerful motor which would be a nice bonus.
From 2016 onwards though they changed the gearbox to the same one that is used in 2013-2017 Toyota Corolla’s and even though I have never driven one I do remember the new Corollas are completely gutless so I’m not sure how good the current Honda Civic is.
If your looking for a car I would strongly suggest you take a 2013-2015 model Honda Civic for a test drive before you buy anything.
