The Lotus looks and drives much, much better than the Alfa. Exige makes the 4C look bland. But, of course, the Exige costs 50-100% more, so you're comparing apples with pears.
But what about the materials?

My only problem with the lotus is the build quality. Its always felt a bit cheap. Nice looking car though…..but not for that price tag.
