NOUR DUDE I KNOW EXACTLY WHATS WRONG WITH YOUR CAR. When you did the valve cover replacement, you must have crossed the VANOS solenoid connectors. It is a common mistake while replacing a valve cover and it usually takes about a week to pop up after the connectors get swapped. So don't worry, your car ain't broken.

Try cleaning your intake VANOS solenoid. Its pretty easy and simple. Should solve most of the problem

i just got the vanos outlet cold start on my e90 lci 328i, and im doing a fresh oil and filter plus cleaning/replacing/swapping the vanos solenoids. try that

How many meters of wrap did you put on your car ?
Clean your vanos solenoid, with brake cleaner or wd40 and than use an air pressure thingy to clean it and you should be golden

Which vanos code are you showing? The exhaust vanos code i know for mine requires replacing a vanos gear. I replaced my solenoids and the code still came back. The vanos gear is expensive to replace unless you can do it yourself….
