It's fake for sure. That Subaru would of had to be going 200+ mph to pass him that fast. That hood scoop and spoiler would of gone bye bye at those speeds.
I guess the Sti has a top fuel engine to accelerate that fast from 190 to around 250mph. It only took it 3 seconds to do so. But hey the audio of the Sti isn't even audible. Clearly sound is looped, the Porsche slowed down and they fast forwarded the footage. I can't believe people really believe this shit.
Children what we learn from this is that don't go for performance specs when buying a sports car, you're gonna get blown away by a Japanese sedan anyways. Buy a sports car this is fun to drive.

As an owner of a built 04 STi, I know that there are some 200 plus mph subarus around. Mine hits fuel cut at about 170, because of stock top end… That being said, this video looks to be much slower than 300 plus kph. If fact looks to be around 100mph.
both flat turbo engines….subaru is sitting on 500-1000hp probably very common to see 700hp subaru EJ's. Porsche just has 2 more cylinders and the Subie is probably built lol. Not unbelievable at all
