the three intakes at 1:40 are for the M3/M4 Engine .. its cooling system
M2 but I don’t know about that s55 engine noise ! Let see and hope it sound nice

This new m2 is not an m2 with the competition package…It’s a “new model”…it comes with the m3-m4 engine and other features…
The new name,is not for the competition package…It’s simply m2 competition…

As I do final man maths I am going to get the current LCI car, why? 1) new front end is hideous with confusing design language, those three decorative intake things look out of place. 2) this car is already stretching me the increased price for the new car is a mistake on BMW's part for buyers like me3) I don't care for extra power of the twitchy s55 the n55 is linear and sounds better with the car putting the power down correctly 4) better MPG in the outgoing lci5) the early reports suggest the current LCI seats provide more support in the upper shoulders than the M4 buckets, but I do agree the buckets look much nicer 5) I can get an LCi made for me in the next few weeks, a competition will have no discount or be marked up and difficult to obtain for at least a year. I DO really like 'M' mirrors though:(
