VW Transporter T5 4Motion — Steep Snowy Hill Winter Tyres Powder Snow

Possibly the steepest hill in the area. Always a good one to test the ability of the 2009 VW Transporter and it’s Haldex 4Motion Variable All Wheel Drive system. Snow comes and this hill is inaccessible for most but my winter tyre shod Transporter makes it to the top as always. Mitchelin Cross Climate winter tyres have been excellent not just in the snow but UK winter weather in general. DON’T buy them from Cost-Co if you’re only buying a pair as they refuse to fit new tyres to the front regardless of whether it’s front wheel drive and the driving wheels is exactly where you need them.
