Very Odd Behaviour From a Vauxhall Corsa

I captured this a few days after getting my dashcam.

Between 1:41 and 1:43 two cars emerge from a turning on the left, in the middle of the screen. I believe that the car that emerges slightly further away and somewhat faster is the same car that causes the incident. The turning it emerges from provides access to Sainsbury’s, and a bunch of trade businesses, so a theft of some sort seems likely.
