First off it’s a very good flight deck set up but not all the knobs and gages work on the FE panel and only one switch works on the Nav panel but Just Flight are doing to do VC-10 Professional which will add further systems and the Super VC-10 RAF Expansion Pack Transport/Tanker variants due out some time next year I wil;l be get them also.

Your reason for the FEs throttles is not quite in the ball park. It was actually the role of the FE to manage the throttles all the time. Even on take-off, approach and landing. The VC10 was a very hands on a/c and even with the autopilot on correct throttle management is crucial. So it was deemed a distraction for the pilots by Vickers. Also it is very disappointing that there is no INS. To expect simmers to rely on GPS is completely wrong.
