Welcome back to the channel. In this video, I am discussing all things tyres! Recently, my Porsche 718 Cayman needed all four of it’s Pirelli P-Zero tyres replacing and so I took the opportunity to scout around and see what other alternatives are out there.
I came across the Michelin Pilot Sport 4 S tyres, which I’d heard were very good all round tyres. Michelin were also offering a £100 cash back if you replaced all four tyres (above 19″) and so I thought it was a no brainer!

and I love the car except for one thing, the tyre noise from the back. It is way too loud and I also have worn P zeroes on the car and cannot wait to change them to 4S's. I know it is subjective but when you say the new tyres are quieter, is the difference really noticable or just a little bit quieter?
Steering wheel is on the wrong side.
My 2021 base cayman came with these stock. 20 inch carrera rims as well. Definitely the best tires.

As other's have said, looks like Michelins are standard now.
For me, and my Cayman is the twin of yours, don't wrap nor sticker.
Lastly, l hope as the account grows that Michelin might express their gratitude for the plug in future in more than just a cashback!
Dear friend, you reviewed perfectly. What about braking distance with the new 4s ? any difference with old pirelli p0 ? I have 718 and i love my car except braking distance , ı am still dreaming to have brakes like audi s3. thanks
Could you change 2 at a time? Say the rears first, then the fronts (or visa versa)?
Thanks for the video. Great spec on your Cayman. Glad to hear you're digging the Michelins. Production tip: if you're gonna do a video on tires don't pick a location where they're going to get dusty and mucked up. It's like spilling a drink on your shirt and asking people if you think it looks good.
Have you tried going bigger on stock wheels? Like 245 front and 275 rear?
