Type 4 Oil Cooler on Type 1 VW Engine — Part 3

Part 3 of multi-part series on how to install a larger Type 4 VW oil cooler on a Type 1 VW Engine. Today we cut some complex pieces to fill in the big air gaps under the oil cooler stand (Hoover bit area) and weld them in. Then some finish welding and grinding on the fan shroud. It’s really looking good! 😎
