i should get into Octane at some point ive been working with other rendering methods that haven't really been practical at all
Great video. Can you tell me if the falloff shader is necessary to get a more accurate metal texture. And if so are do I just leave the parameters at their default?
What graphics card(s) do you have in your rig? that's very quick rendering in the octane viewport

I like octane, however I don't have the money for it yet. do you think octane is the best render on the market compared to Arnold or Vray?
Where are your from my dude? Your accent is very confusing, I'm thinking something germanic, but then some of your vowels sound a little African or Caribbean ("concreat 11") and some there's some English pronunciation like properly pronouncing T's. Can you clear up my confusion?
I have a problem with octane, maybe you know whiy it happens. When I use the displacement channel and I want to make it with different projection like box or maybe different size of the pattern, all the material goes to the size I assign to it, but the displacements stills like UV map without any change. I can't change the size or the projection of the displacement and for me is really headache this bug. Do you have this problem or do you know how to solve it?
