Finally! The promised «Ride-Review». After some MacGuyvering with my old smartphone’s headset, I was even able to narrate. I’m sorry if the audio quality isn’t perfect, but that cheap little mike was not designed to be used inside a helmet, much less when on a motorbike.
(I had to re-upload once because audio was so quiet…)
Regardless, I hope you enjoy the scenery as much as I did!
Below are a few timemarks to point you to the tests & comments I did on certain aspects of the bike:
How one other person described it: 1:44
Weight and how it affects handling: 4:31
ABS discussion & Test: 5:35
Narrow streets&City handling: 8:22
Handling / Motor in tight turns: 10:05
Traction & Lean angle: 13:05
Handling on really bad roads / How’s the suspension / Gravel road: 15:14

Great video, well ridden! I really like this bike, highly underrated by the media. I want to replace my honda dominator with one of these, it looks so smooth and comfy.
^What a lovely ride! Got my eye on a used G650gs with 9000 miles on it. Wish I was in Switzerland!
You're hilarious!! I was in Switzerland in 1998 awesome country! My friend has a DAKAR F-650 GS it's tight!! Super loud mufflers though. (covers ears) LOL!
Nice video. I have the same bike here in Brazil… it's a nice machine.
What's up, guys. Thanks For Helping. daffy soap What's happening, guys. 11
Does this bike have a fuel gauge? Also can I change it from am/pm (i'm in U.S) to 24 hour system like yours? I like that system better
Switzerland is a beautiful place! Thank you for giving us such a nice tour!
Thanks for your reviews. I'm looking at a G650GS next week so all these user's comments are good. Presently split between a slightly used (5000km) G650GS and a new Versys650.
I wish I could test ride them in Switzerland though. Beautiful place.
Hey! Excellent video , ride and scenery ! How is for someone — me for instance — who had really small bikes a while ago and should want to start again from scratch with the bike for weekends and countryside use ? . Again, very useful and funny vid!
