Custom sissy bar for the Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor! Welcome back to my garage! I’m taking my Royal Enfield 650 Interceptor to the next level with a custom-built sissy bar.
This is the second episode of the series, where we dive into welding attachment points and crafting a sturdy shelf for my road trips. Last time, I introduced the concept, and now it’s all about execution.
Join me as I navigate the challenges of bending steel, strategizing support structures, and achieving that perfect 70s style sissy bar. From initial designs to final welds, every step is an adventure!
If you enjoy seeing hands-on construction updates, sustainable benefits in builds, and the ingenuity of DIY projects, you’re in the right place. Subscribe so you don’t miss future updates as we continue to transform this ride!

In Part Two of this episode, I'm almost done fabricating a tall sissy bar that I can attach a large duffel to. It can also be easily removed when not needed.
