Awesome video.
So happy for you, both valve gasket and ccc are good omens.
Shrink tube is good where there is a chance of water, snow or moisture. No such thing near ccc tho:)). All is good!
Intro : Mike Stud — Frio 🙂
That residue on the charge pipe is 100% normal!
intro is about annoying as hell :C
you should swap it to manual, btw your videos are the best
While you’re replacing the sensor under the intake manifold you should walnut blast your valves
Gotta love that lifter tick…drives me nuts. That thing needs to be driven more. A little bit of fumes out of the oil cap is normal in my opinion (I know what bmwfanatic says) but there’s a reason there is a breather tube on the back of the valve cover to relieve pressure in the crank case. You definitely have a valve cover leak though. Make sure you do the oil filter housing gasket while your at it.
The reason you have extra wires on the new harness is because it came off a car without upgraded audio so there are physical speaker wires instead of the fiber optic cables.
You should try to replace ur charge pipe soon as u know they're known to fail and u dont want it to blow up while ur on the road
It's valve cover gasket for sure and there's oil on the metal piece confirmed it
Good stuff man! Came a long way. While you are in there, get a charge pipe with bov. That way you won’t have to deal with later. Also get walnut blasting done. Car will drive like butter. Loved how you said bismillah before opening the oil cap. Lol classic! Keep it going man you are almost there.
You're fine my dude, stop doubting yourself. Change the valve cover gasket and the oil filter housing gasket. Change the coils, the plugs to NGKs, and pull out your injectors and clean the tips. If you ever need new injectors. Go on AliExpress and get 6 new off brand ones or index 12S. Forget the OEM fad and save your money. These cars are dated and things are cheap now. I bought a hpfp fuel pump for $250 CANADIAN when locally they were 900$. Browse and take your time. And don't doubt yourself. Bulletproof the car 😉
Forsure the valve cover gasket, might as well replace the whole valve cover tho because its common for the valve cover to crack down the road
My e90 had the same problem because the engine is at a slant so it burns the valve cover gasket and it leaks.. found one online for 100$.
You need a heat shield for those cones man
Yo bro can u link the link to where I can get my ccc system fixed ?
This guy talk too fast like hes in a rush
Make sure to slap the CARB sticker on the intakes so it can pass smog
Where did you order the Carly reader and have you thought about wrapping the interior on your daily
Hey men, you need program new ccc unit for your vin, if you not program probably you go have problems with optionals of the car.
How much were the intakes btw
Good video man! I sent you a message on Instagram explaining the smoke! Hope it helps you out!
is your interior trim wrapped white?
Get rid of your stock charge pipe is what it is!!!!!
Have you changed your oil? Perhaps you might have spilled some? I had smoke coming out from the header area a while back. In my situation I spilled oil over the valve cover when I did my oil change and made its way to the headers causing it to steam & burn all that oil. Also had a bad oil filter cap resulting in the same issue. Took care of it & power washed the exhaust header area several times and it finally went away.
I got charged 250 dlls to replaced both turbos
Oh no that engine does not seem to sound healthy yikes!
do a q&a video with your brother just for fun
You need to do the overlay on the headlight to cover the orange
Song ? 15:16
you should do more rebuild salvages and sell them after this . My dad buy like 2 cars every month and makes decent money off them
I believe that’s the crankcase vent valves that need to be changed go to auto zone they are like $25 each I believe you will need two
Replace the low pressure fuel sensor that's the code that you are getting
Bro same my problem … im sick off smoke same … shokran kteer !!!!
I ain’t no car guy nor anything, but the engine shutting it’s self off. I had a different car before my 335, and i had cylinder misfires and my car would rev out of this world, and then it shut off. Not saying anything I’m probably wrong but have a feeling that it’s a misfire code in the next video.
Thanks for the support and replying through Insta.
What size is the tubing that comes with the filters?
I bought a scanner called BlueDriver from amazon, it was amazing, I use it on my e90 lci, literally helped me so much, turns off all dash codes and gives you all the fault codes, basically tells you everything wrong with your car, and tells you the exact parts that are faulty or if they need replacement, and you just have to look up the code to see how you fix the part, just thought it would make it easier for you, because it saved me a lot of time and money with my bmw
Hey, get a speedometer projector. So you don’t have to fix the gauges
The oil on the charge pipe is the o-rings inside those diverter valves drying out. Oil gets blown out on boost. Easy fix, just order replacement o-rings off eBay and swap them over.
Liqui-moly jectron injector cleaner and CRC intake valve and turbo cleaner before an oil change will get rid of that loud injector noise.
