I receive a lot of questions about business, starting a company, managing a brand and a YouTube channel and of course car content. While on our Porsche road trip I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to film a Q&A with Sacha Prost — the founder of racing inspired clothing brand 8Js to provide an insight into the world of business, staying motivated and focusing on your passions.

  1. The background literally looks painted. Just breathtaking!

Great video, James! Love this style!

  2. In my country , Prost ,literally translates to stupid or dumb :)).

  3. James, I love your videos, are you trying to get a drive in a TDF, I think that would be a great video, similar to the 675LT video in Tenerife, any update?

  4. best of luck with the new merchandise. can't wait to see it all.

  5. Please stop interrupting your guests it's so annoying

  6. Mr JWW, stop interrupting the guy you're interviewing!!!

  7. Quick Tip: When doing a video with another individual, feel free to let them speak without interrupting them.

  8. That looks like a fake backdrop, insane.

  9. Another fantastic video James. Stunning location and usual high quality content. Really nice to get an insight into your past business wise, and what motivates you to be the best. The only bit of constructive criticism, and it's already been picked up on, is interrupting your guest. Let the dude speak man. Apart from that dude, awesome as usual. Look forward to the next one and keep up the great work.

  10. Ok, so, I dropped Uni and my main hobbies are: coding (Android app, Arduino boards etc.), talking about cars (and I get pretty excited when I have the opportunity to see the special ones), taking photos of nature… and trying to learn English whenever I can (mainly through YT, social networks and movies, because where I live, English is not the first language)… what job might suits me the most in your opinion?

  11. Excellent change in pace with this vid. Would love to see you do more motivational/ entrepreneurial talks in the future

  12. Please don'nt sell the RS6 ='( and miss it on your recent videos!

  13. Before u tube??? I don't believe JWW maintains his garage from Utube alone.

  14. how did y'all get 60 dislike for this video a lot real talk one love guys.

  15. Loved the video, I personally don't come to James' channel for business advice (as he does a great job at not bringing finances into things) and so I wasn't bothered by the interruptions like some people were. Loved the video James and I'm about to go watch the RS6 one now!

  16. 11:04 oh yeah, absolutely you can make money when you dont have money. if you can provide value to someone else, then you can receive money in return for that. my first venture in business was when I was 19, I tried my best to be the best barista and cafe manager possible and in return negotiated a deal with a cafe owner to receive 20% of profits in exchange for me running their investment. we both benefitted from this, he engaged a talented person to run his investment with minimal input and I received a 20% profit share, which by definition was scaled by my success. You don't need to invest money to make money, whenever you provide value, you should be remunerated accordingly. Make yourself better (read: more valuable) and be smart and you will generate income from that

  17. L L:

Don't think we have forgotten about Carrera GT

  18. @Sasha Prost, love the new website and a few more orders from me, love this collaboration that you are making with MrJWW.

  19. I actually love making YouTube video's but it's so hard to create content when you're in the office to put food on the table, lol. With the right conditions anything is possible, but at least there are channels like this for an insight. Keep up the great passion!

  20. If I was Sasha I wouldn't bother making another video with you after this

  21. P K P K:

Wow, love this sort of content James!

  22. James, with all this time you are spending gallivanting on the Continent aren't you worried that Shmee could be getting across your new wife whilst you are absent !!!!!

  23. You know the you tuber the dude in blue has the phrase smiles per gallon on his logos don't want you getting into trouble

  24. This is painful to watch. Two people who come from incredibly wealthy backgrounds, talking about "hard graft" and "do what you love". It's incredibly easy to sit there, spouting off all these ideologies when you can commit 100% of your time to whatever you like. Most people, however, those not from backgrounds where their parents are worth £50m (looking at you, Prost), aren't as privileged to be able to do that.

This is absolute drivel. Let's be honest here, you're both talking about lifestyle choices, not business decisions.

  25. For the price of those track suit bottoms I would hope they massaged my balls and blow cold air on them when it gets a bit warm down there!

  26. James loves talking about himself thats for sure

  27. Luckyli I am not the only one thinking he interupted to much

  28. Prost was especially gracious and JWW came accross borderline rude. In fact, if you weren't obviously friends the behaviour may be perceived as being completely narcissistic. Really surprised but otherwise love the channel and the concept of interviewing people of interest is a good one but perhaps James asks the questions (make them subscriber questions if you want) then perhaps James wont be so compelled to fill every empty moment and may be forced to listen and be inquisitive of the guest. I cant wait to see the next interview to see how James improves.

  29. pretty hard to relate to someone spoon fed from an early age

  30. Geez man! you have so much Ego you don't even let the guy talk! Stop being the "first lady" of the screen when you interview someone… yeah we understood you like to show yourself on a camera… so narcissist

  31. Good video — just worried about you both scraping the studs of your jeans on that lovely Porsche paint!!

  32. Great stuff! I too started out as a Camera Operator, now implementing that into cars, so formula 4 advertisements and car reviews…. Its not growing as fast as I'd like but patience is key!

  33. Rule number one: be a rich dad son like Mr JWW.

  34. Please don't sit on the car….. ANY CAR!….. BAAAH!

  35. When are you going to Australia and make the McLaren F1 HD video!!!

  36. JWW, please slow down, ur getting annoying. We all acknowledge your car and business prowess, but please let your guest speak without interrupting. Carry on.
