Great dude. :). This is almost bloody photo realistic! I which I was as good at using Blender as you are ( I guess it's virtually impossible for me to get results like this, sins I'm working in the Game- engine ).

I think you got "real time" confused with "interactive". Cool car render though.
edit — I'll elaborate quick, real time graphics are images that can be rendered at target quality in a fraction of a second that way the camera, objects, characters can all be animated without noticing quality changes. Cycles is an interactive render. I only comment this because I found your video looking for real time car renders.

Sorry for being a noob but. I made cool 3d character .. but the scalp of the hair look bad somehow but looks great if render it .. is there a way to export thing to look somehow like they are rendered ? High poly character tho

I remember reading you about how you had to drop this project aside because you had'nt enough GPU to keep going.. glad to see this..
of course its going to be fast you only have a 512 render sample now lets raise that up to 10k and see how it does… probably still in like 0.2 seconds
