Thanks to Richter Sport & ABT I was invited for the first ever drive of the Abt Audi RS5-R. The tuning package increases performance from 444hp to 530hp. At the same time, the maximum torque is increased by 15 % from 600 to 690 Nm. This is also reflected in the improved 0-62mph time from 3.9 to 3.6 seconds. In the world of supercars, that is a lot of gains!

What kind of sunshades are those? Did anyone ask before? There kinda nice. eidt….nvr mind I guess everyone wanna know too…hahaha..just seen a video from earlier this year with another guy that had the wallet on his shades…
I always felt like the ABT tunes were way too conservative compared to other companies

A very mean looking car, but I agree with you on the paddles, they look like a rush job and that ABT decided to stick some carbon fibre extensions on last minute. Mind you, that will be a very small problem for anyone that owns that car and frankly they'll be going too fast too notice!
If I have money now, this car will be the car that I want to buy, not Lambo or Ferrari or another circuit look car. This car is amazing!!!!!

What kinda of shades are those ?
The stock RS5 should have come with 500-550 HP from the factory in order to compete. The RS5 sells only a fraction of what the M3/M4/C63 S so they really needed to make an impact by being faster. But they didn’t and it doesn’t. Quattro GMBH is so hit or miss. Such a shame for a company that makes such excellent engines and interiors.

Abt always does such amazing work. Between the RS4-R and RS5-R it's hard for me to choose which one I like more. I want both lol!

Air intake is not to simulate , is for cooling your engine , on that RPM u need real cooling!!!!
how do they measure the power at the crank by using a dyno (and deducing that 120 ps was lost in transmission)? Clearly there is loss, but don't you have to measure the power at the crank less any load to determine the power at the crank first in order to compare what the dyno measures at the wheels and then calculate the effective loss? How do they do that?

Im happy to see that ABT is modifying the RS cars…wow…what a machine….mate would be really great if you can show more tunners like AC Schnitzer , Hartge , Brabus …they build some amazing machines…
