in order to gain access the rear surround speakers, and the factory sub woofer…ALSO
not only that but from there you can also access your 3rd brake light, therefore allowing you to fix or replace the part..rather then paying someone else to do it….save the money and keep it in your pocket where it belongs….
I ALSO SHOW YOU HOW TO REMOVE THE B BILLAR IN A W204…THUS ALLOWING TO TO ROUTE CABLES OR ACCESS ANY OTHER PART OF THE CAR SO YOU CAN DO AS YOU PLEASE ….

Hi, if I have foldable seats and just want to get into the rear deck to see why I have a nasty rattle coming from where that sub is, do I still have to remove the seats? Great video btw
1:03 I have a 2017 CLS and where you're removing the side area there, mine has an airbag in that spot where the seatbelt comes out of. I need to access the rear deck speakers because there is a TERRIBLE rattle coming from the right rear speaker. Should I still remove it even though there is an airbag there?
Where did you buy the tool you use? Or how can I look for it in eBay or Amazon

Hey Mikey I just bought my 2014 w204 and my rear right speaker is blown next to the amp. My question is the speaker on the left and right the same in different brackets? Could i buy a replacement drivers speaker and install the speaker in the passanger side?
Where is the 3rd brake light part? As if anyone else cares. The notorious rear speakers and subwoofers usual go after time on this vehicle. I have to do a sound test once a year. The "3rd brake light" and rear fog light better not blow out. I'm not doing any of this stuff for that.
@7:20 when you disconnect the sub is that all you have to do to remove the rattling sound? I just bought my aftermarket sub/amp and hoping to install in the coming weeks. I obviously have to remove the the factory sub so no rattling will occur is this all you have to do in order for it to not rattle? Also when you put new sub in how do you keep the rattling down to a minimum?

NOTE: For Coupes it's a bit different to remove that upper corner piece before you can get the shelf out. You pop open that plastic Airbag cover and underneath there is a torx screw you need to undo first. After that the process is pretty much to same for unclipping and pulling that piece out. Then you will be able to access the rear shelf

Does anyone know what size the 2 rear speakers are, one of mine has static and I pretty sure is blown, I've looked everywhere for the proper size, 2014 C300 Sport. also, wouldn't hurt to know while I'm in there I think it's a 8" sub, but would I need a shallow mount sub? any help be great!!! Thanks
I did it!!! I swapped rear deck cover after changing the bench from non-foldable to a foldable one year ago. My conversion is as complete as it can get (missing lock cables that sense if the bench is closed). These hex mounts gave me headache. I will not retry this even if someone payed me to do it. Also, side note: wash your hands when installing these. After messing around with door seals and such, your hand will be dirty. My car has light interior, I got sweaty so I left dirty marks on these.
Have you possibly taken the back speakers apart? Wanting to know if 3.5 inch speakers fit on the corners and a 6×9 inch sub fits where the sub goes. Thanks in advance.

Hi. I have a sunshade in the back (e350), I noticed the sunshade's rail attaches to the top corner piece that needs to removed to access the deck. What should I do in my case? I don't want to create an issue with the sunshade as it seems to all be connected
