A lot of those "knock-off" chinese made ebay turbos use KKK compressor shrouds and backing plates.
Other than the gigantic exhaust housing, that looks exactly like a knock-off t67 turbo that I bought once.

I see that is a big powerful turbocharger, but mainly same than the others on market, nothing to try the insulation from the hot body part (burned gas), not blades for directioning the gas, pls. see the kbb turbos, and also my invention of diesel motor 2 strokes by valves. rgds.
I would add to the racist issue: the'bad' wheel is black and the 'good one is white.
