Hi
Today I test the head lights on the car. But recording that didn´t go just as I hoped, so it´s not a perfect video I am afraid. I choose to release it anyway, and hope you get something from it.
Enjoy and feel free to comment and subscribe 🙂

Nice video. What is the max current(A) of the kia charger?
Thanks
Thanks Chris ..are the high beams LED also?
Thanks! These lights are better than on my current Niro HEV.
Did you notice any difference between the LED lights and the HID lights in the Touring models? (Assuming you were able to compare).
As you say, it is difficult to compare headlights if they can not be displayed at the same time. As you rightly say in this video, the gasoline engine charges the battery, when it is running to produce heat. In your video about your first EV range test, you tell that the petrol engine had run to produce heat. But then it has also charged the battery. Don't you think, you should modify the conclusion as to how far you have driven in EV mode, because the battery had been charged along the way? Looking forward to our comparison of EV range with the Golf GTE, and this time without heating 🙂
I too am looking at the Niro PHEV. Simple question: Do the Low Beams stay on when you switch to Hi Beams. From photos, it appears that the PHEV Niro has 4 separate headlights whereas the HEV Niro only has 2 lamps. I always prefer separate lamps so that the low beams maintain "in close illumination" while the hi beams simultaneously light up the road further in front of the vehicle.
Thanks,
