Proper man. Have you ever done a transmission reset? Helps a lot.

I thought you made a video about e90 transmission reset. Worked for me!
Its just the GM transmission man. BMW most likely won't touch the inside of your tranny its too complex and a liability. They will just tell you to replacw. You could see if there is a software update for your tranny, older models like 06 needed one I think. Also do the transmission reset, checm e90post or let me know and i'll link it.
Great video! I need to do this soon for maintenance(close to 100k)! Do you know if your 330i uses the ZF transmission or the GM transmission. Hope you figure it out!

Dude if your oil was as burnt as you say it is check the oil filter for the transmission if you have fiber deposits in the filter your clutchs plates are worn down
Did u reset the transmission after you did this fix? Also when does your transmission jerk? Mine jerks as I'm starting to move but never had a problem while actually driving
for me, from 2nd to 3rd jerks the hardest. especially when im rolling down a hill from a complete stop, it jerks so hard it feels like someone hit the back of my car, i have to push the peddal down hard to avoid a jolt.

Update your dme and transmission update your system yourself its not hard with KDcan cable
I have the same issue. Mainly shifting from 1-2 and 2-3, seems to be more noticeable when starting off slow. I have kinda gotten down the speed to minimize the jerk as much as I can.
I had a misfire in one of my cylinders and replaced all spark plugs, afterwards the jerking was significantly less aggressive, not sure if it had a direct effect but seemed to helped a bit
Mines been like that since day one, the transmissions in these cars are garbage

My auto 2006 330i "jerks" only when downshifting from 2nd to 1st. I've read alot of about update and reset in a few BMW forums. Keep us posted on what you figure out.
If mine goes out, gives me a good reason to do a manual swap 😀
I swapped out my oil for $30. Simple drain and filled up with normal automatic transmission oil. It helps a lot, and it’s easy on the wallet.
You can also use the INPA to reset your transmission to help. Also great video man been waiting on this !

Having kind the same issue my e90 jerks when im stoping …. Was told its neutral idle control … My mechanic fixed it with his computer but it came back ….i think bmw can disable that feature with the update ..
Yo you really need to get wider tracks on the rear for a meaner look. 255s minimum
mechatronics valve body needs to be replaced, my e90 does the same thing, dont pay the 125 at the dealer
