This video is a entry video for the patreon daoland healthcare bagua classes, offered in exchange for the membership to all members, no matter what memberhip level.

Bagua zhuang is deeply rooted in ancient daoist practices, even though its modern format is relatively new and also influenced by political en sports agenda’s of non-practitioners. In this series I will try to offer mostly non-modern approaches, even though the form is modern. It has to tie in with wudang modern daoism too, in case you wish to complement the classes with a teacher able to give you physical corrections. Ofcourse you can also come to visit me or organize classes for me to offer in your area. Contact me if you like to do that.

This video is part of a larger project displayed at Patreon. In this project we explore the interchange between self-development and health development, exploring Daoism, Chinese medicine, Confucianism and other approaches. I try to present a shorter and a longer video every week. I also present translation of relevant classics with commentaries, offer online classes and lookbacks of past online classes.
