Car New | New 2018 VW Polo Captured Without Any Camouflage?
Enters production in June for Europe. It is expected that the new age model is to go on the production line during the month of June 2017 for the worldwide market and that the same is to arrive on the Indian soil by early next year.

The new age model of the Volkswagen Polo is based on the automaker’s MQB A0 platform for the global markets. The Spanish plant will become the first facility where the MQB-A0 based vehicle will roll out from, while the South African production line began tooling for the MQB model a year ago.
Part of the move will see the Polo grow slightly compared to the current model, which will see the new model adopt a wider track, and longer wheelbase to the benefit of interior space.
Reports have emerged suggesting that the all-new 2018 Volkswagen Polo will make its public debut at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September, and revealing key details of what to expect from the new model.
The 2017 VW Polo will employ a range of updated engines.
Based on the new MQB-A0 platform, the new VW Polo will utilize a range of updated engines, with a new 1.5-liter TSI petrol unit (128 HP & 148 HP) tagged to replace the old 1.4-liter TSI.
Under the hood, the 2017 VW Polo, reports say, will get a turbocharged 1.0-litre three-cylinder petrol engine and a BlueMotion version.
Upmarket features from Volkswagen’s larger models are expected to trickle down as well, with the latest generation of Volkswagen’s widescreen touch-interface infotainment systems and digital instrument cluster systems to be optionally available.
The British publication adds that the VW Cross Polo variant is unlikely in the sixth-generation to address fears of cannibilization with the upcoming VW T-Cross Breeze, while the boring uptake for the four-wheel drive Golf variant may keep VW from offering it on the Polo.
