Had this installed in 2017 Jetta with purchase of car but subwoofer doesn't put out any bass even though it's getting powered with green LED on amp, had it programmed to #35 with DKS051419A SD card dongle and others to no avail. Had a different dealer plug in that bypass "A/B" switch test dongle as well and it appeared to be amplifying the car speakers when toggled on and off. Have to bring it back to be fixed, believe dealer installed wire harness incorrectly behind Discover media nav radio? Anyone know if the Helix PP7E compact subwoofer can replace the spare tire mounted subwoofer?

Dealers in UK don't program this Subwoofer, where can I get the dongle from, the sound is not as good as I expected.
