Hi brummie mechanic Wondering if you can please please give me some advice I have a 2006 2.0 tdi A4 b7 BRE engine 140k I have owned since 2009 my idle is very unstabe/ intense intense shudder. rev counter does jump just a little bit (I have had issue now for over 2 years has become more intense over the years. No faults on VCDS has had Audi update 2 years ago but no improvement. I have changed — egr valve, injector harness,(2 times) clutch and flywheel, complete timing kit (oe), Turbo reconditioned, my problem still exists issue only at idle and goes if revved over 1500rpm or put under load i.e. Clutch biting point or all electrical controls on ac heated rear etc etc I have also had injectors specialist carwood check car and said it's not injector issue. To be honest I'm at the end of tether as everyone so far has just guessed possibilities at my cost of over £££ thanks in advance.

I have a similar problem i change the camschaft and lifters and injektor seals becouse he wont start before a done this and camschaft beocuse 2 lifters gone bade,after change of camschaft lifters and big service with all parst wather pumo everythink with it everythink was fine after 5000km and mont later,car startet to smoke no turbo no wather everythnik was there then car stopt smoking then i had misfire on cylinder 2 reading the fault code but not everytime and car wont start again like before i done everythink the car is by the mechanik and i m waiting what he say he say could be the cylinder bad but injektor reading saying

Can it be just the injektor or again the injektor sealings thanks for reply.
