Hi guys I had the same problem with my 2003 Audi A4 the EPC light was on and sometimes when I was stopping at the light the engine stopped, and when I turned on was working the same like on this video … I was checking everything and I found the problem , the problem was the Crankshaft Position Sensor,I replaced and my car starts and run nice … I bought it from Highland East Auto Parts was 52$ .. or you can bye from Autozone or Orally .. I hope this was helpful .. good luck
There's list of errors which can be displayed on dashboard, like EPC :)))) Have a nice troubleshooting 😉 P1171 17579 Angle sender 2 for throttle valve drive -G188 implausible signal P1172 17580 Angle sender 2 for throttle valve drive -G188 signal too low P1172 17580 Angle sender 2 for throttle valve drive -G188 signal too high P1335 17743 Engine torque monitoring 2 control limit exceeded P1388 17796 Control unit defective P1542 17950 Angle sender for throttle valve drive -G187 implausible signal P1543 17951 Angle sender for throttle valve drive -G187 signal too low P1544 17952 Angle sender for throttle valve drive -G187 signal too high P1545 17953 Throttle valve control malfunction P1559 17967 Throttle valve control part -J338 P1564 17972 Throttle valve control part -J338 low voltage at base setting P1568 17976 Throttle valve control part -J338 mechanical fault P1579 17987 Throttle valve control part -J338 P1630 18038 Accelerator pedal position sender -G79 signal too low P1631 18039 Accelerator pedal position sender -G79 signal too high P1633 18041 Accelerator pedal position sender 2 -G185 signal too low P1634 18042 Accelerator pedal position sender 2 -G185 signal too high P1676 18084 Electr. throttle control fault lamp -K132 electrical fault in current circuit P1677 18085 Electr. throttle control fault lamp -K132 short to positive
This EPC light will come on when there is a problem:-
1) With either of the accelerator pedal senders. 2) With either of the throttle angle senders. 3) With the throttle valve control unit 4) With the accelerator / throttle harness. 5) With the throttle adaptation. 6) With grime and carbon build-up in the throttle body. 7) If the the Throttle Valve Control Unit is replaced. 8) With the Brake Light Switch 9) With one of the Knock Sensors. 10 With the Mass Air Meter (MAF). 11) with the Engine control unit 12) With the Ignition system 13) With the Fuel injection system 14) With the ABS 15) With the Power-assisted steering system 16) With Lambda regulation (fuel consumption signal) 17) With the Alternator 18) With the TCM

i got the sameproblemi nned to know how to get off
Man, the same shit today. How did you fix it? Did your car twitch during the brake? And then velocity of the round did not go faster than 1500?

does the oxygen sensor cause this problem ?
EPC is a ,,воздухомер" problem or speed sensor problem.
did you fix it?
i replaced throttle body same problems how did you fix it?
