Sadly, isn’t smooth enough, and it takes about ≈500 extra triangles. But I think theoretically it’s possible to use square objects instead of circles and then it’ll be only about 50 triangles with a lot of potential for smoothing.
I used 64×64 HDR texture (32f.32f.32f.32f) and set DepthMode to DontWrite (or whatever that option called).
