On my corsa the steering is really light think it’s the same with all corsa mate
My corsa E takes awhile to warm up also, my old 2004 fiesta didn’t take as long even in the winter. And most Vauxhall’s have electronic power steering that’s meant to stiffen depending on your speed to improve stability I know my E does and old corsa C had electronic power steering though the steering was lighter when turning left in the corsa C, was only a temporary car because I hated it so didn’t me that much.
The way the engine is built you're never gonna get the response of a CTR unit. But you have torque it can only dream of. Win some lose some.
ive got an arctic corsa vxr and mine is exactly the same with the 5 things haha
-Doors TRUE (however if the other door or a window is open the close very easily)
-Glove Box TRUE (they tend to break easily as well)
-Heating is probably thermostat "failure"
-Throttle Response, buy a pedal box (I have one, easy to install and performs better. Car in general feels more aggressive)
-Steering is definitely not light in a corsa vxr. Check you steering rack components (bushes etc) for wear.

May need a new thermostat because the heating is all dependent on what temperature your coolant is at.
The steering being light is because Corsa's have electric power steering instead of PAS pumps.

Heating takes ages in my mate. However, if you put Esso Premium Fuel (higher octane) for some reason the heating seems to work within a few minutes.
