2016 Porsche 911 Carrera at the IAA International Motor Show in Frankfurt

The latest iteration of the 911 Carrera debuts with innovative twin-turbo flat-six engines, an advanced chassis, and new Porsche Communication Management.

Thanks to more than forty years of experience with turbocharged engines – both in motorsport and in production sports cars – the newly developed engines in the 911 Carrera set new records when it comes to performance, driving pleasure and efficiency. The 911 Carrera has a power output of 370 hp and the 911 Carrera S 420 hp. In both cases this is a power gain of 20 hp.
