The Audi A7 Sportback represents the new Audi design language to a great extent and delivers on the design promise made by the prologue studies. The four-door coupe sets standards in the luxury class when it comes to progressiveness. It embodies a new style of Gran Turismo, with dynamic lines, systematic digitalization, a sporty driving experience and a versatile space concept. Dynamics at their most beautiful: the exterior design: The exterior design of the Audi A7 Sportback is an expression of the new design language that Audi introduced with the prologue study and made its production debut in the new Audi A8. With large surfaces, sharp edges and taut, athletic lines, the A7 signals dynamics and progressiveness from every perspective. Up front, the Singleframe grille — wider and lower than that of the Audi A8 — the narrow headlights, the boldly contoured air inlets and the flat front end convey at a glance the sportiness of the Gran Turismo. The headlights are available in three versions. With the middle and top equipment lines, the light signature takes up the subject of digitalization: 12 adjacent lighting segments separated by narrow intervening spaces evoke associations with the binary digits 0 and 1. The top version is the HD Matrix LED headlights with Audi laser light. The Audi A7 Sportback is an athletic sculpture with a long engine hood, long wheelbase and short overhangs. Pronounced contours emphasize the wheels, which measure up to 21 inches in diameter, and reference Audi’s quattro genes. These genes determine the proportions of the vehicle’s body. The silhouette is defined by the dynamic roofline, which drops sharply toward the rear. Four figures delineate the sporty character of the large coupe: It is 4,969 millimeters (16.3 ft) long, has a wheelbase of 2,926 millimeters (9.6 ft) and is 1,908 millimeters (6.3 ft) wide, but stands only 1,422 millimeters (4.7 ft) high….

A practical sports car comes of age: Precisely 18 years ago, the first Audi RS4 Avant was launched. At the 2017 International Motor Show (IAA) in Frankfurt am Main, the fourth generation of the Audi RS4 Avant made its world debut. This vehicle combines high performance with excellent suitability for everyday use. Its 2.9 TFSI engine with 331 kW (450 hp) and 600 Nm (442.5 lb-ft) of torque make it the sporting spearhead of the A4 family. The standard quattro drive distributes the power of the V6 twin turbo engine across all four wheels. «The Audi RS4 Avant is our RS icon with an incomparable history,» says Stephan Winkelmann, Managing Director at Audi Sport GmbH. «As with all our RS models, it combines excellent driving performance with maximum everyday usability. In China, the Audi RS4 will drive forward new growth in its segment as a unique high-performance Avant.» Motorsport details on the exterior: The designers took inspiration from numerous motorsport details used on the Audi 90 quattro IMSA GTO when designing the Audi RS4 Avant. The front features solid air intakes with a honeycomb structure typical of an RS and the wide, flat single-frame grille. The optional Matrix LED headlamps have shaded trims. Compared to the Audi A4 Avant, the wheel housings have been widened by 30 millimeters (1.2 in) each, and are also emphasized by the quattro blisters. At the rear, the RS-specific diffuser insert, the oval tailpipes of the RS exhaust system and the RS roof spoiler make a bold statement. The unique Nogaro Blue Pearl Effect paint available as an optional extra from Audi exclusive is reminiscent of the first generation from 1999….
