2018 Audi A7 Overview
The 2018 A7 comes with a standard 3.0-liter supercharged V-6 good for 340 hp and 325 lb-ft of torque; the engine is paired exclusively to an eight-speed automatic transmission.
The S7 is powered by a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 with 450 hp and 406 lb-ft and a seven-speed dual-clutch automatic. The RS 7 uses a more powerful version of the 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 rated at 560 hp and 516 lb-ft in base trim or 605 hp and 516 lb-ft in the Performance model.
Both variants of the RS 7 come exclusively with an eight-speed automatic. EPA fuel economy ratings stand at 20/29 mpg city/highway for the A7, 17/27 mpg for the S7, and 15/25 mpg for the RS 7. Cargo space behind the rear seats is 24.5 cubic feet
Standard features on the base Premium Plus include leather upholstery, heated front seats, the MMI interface with navigation and a 7.0-inch screen, a Bose premium audio system, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto integration, a rearview camera, keyless entry/start, LED headlights, 60/40 split-folding rear seats, leather upholstery, and four-zone climate control.
Options include heated rear seats, ventilated and massaging front seats, multi-contour front seats, and night vision assist. The S7 comes with additional go-fast goodies such as dynamic steering, a sport exhaust system, and a sport rear differential. Most of the go-fast options in the A7 and S7 come standard in the RS 7 except for a titanium exhaust system that’s only available in the RS 7 Performance trim.
