So, this is the jetta I bought a few months ago. I love this car for a few reasons; it was cheap, its «retrogorgeous» to quote a friend, and it had excellent fuel economy. Seriously, it rivals my parental unit’s 2010 Prius, its that good.
Anyways, as it’s gotten colder I’ve been testing it to see the lowest temperature at which it will reliably start. It was 11f when I took this video, so I guess suppose I’ll either never find out, or I’ll have to move to alaska (not).
I should probably note that this thing has 230k miles on it, and it has a new starter/glow plugs.
