Guys TODAY'S Mercedes Benz S class and even Maybach looks like a Bloody Taxi from outside. This car in the video is the real genuine Mercedes Benz. Mercedes should have used that iconic grill and headlights that BMW did with Rolls-Royce. Only then Mercedes Benz would have been — one of one-unmatchned-Unrivaled

1973, L.A. Jay and I were both struggling, writing comedy and doing stand-up at the Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip and the Improv down on Melrose Ave. I was driving a little Datsun B-210 and he was rolling around in his 1950's Buick Roadmaster. We would see plenty of these Mercedes 600 land yachts rolling around West L.A. and Beverly Hills, mostly owned by middle east oil money. All we could do is stare at those cars and drool with envy. Now Jay owns more cars than Ford and GM put together, his younger life's fantasy come true. Congratulations man, you deserve your success !

How rich was Jay Leno growing up? In another episode he talked about the Rolls-Royce dealership in town his father took him to. Now he mentions the Mercede's dealership he worked at.
I wish I would've known that this Karl guy had a place in Wisconsin when I lived there.
These are one of if not THE best luxury cars ever. The woodwork in the interior is simply amazing. The hydraulic system is one of the most amazing pieces or engineering ever. The engine is priceless. Throw in timeless exterior design and you have an absolute pleasure of a car.
Jay has hundreds of cars. he has dozens of favorites. a half dozen really favorites, a few super favorites. but his one is his very favorite.
